ATP는 생물이 살아가는데 필요한 주요 에너지원입니다. 사실상 모든 대사와 생합성과정은 ATP의 인산염 결합에 저장된 화학 에너지를 이용합니다. BIOMAX PicoSens™ ATP Assay Kit는 존재하는 ATP의 양에 비례하여 흡광 (OD = 570 nm) 또는 형광 (Ex/Em = 535/590 nm) Product를 생성하며, Glycerol (Glycerol-6-Phosphate)을 인산화하여 ATP 농도를 결정하는 강력하고 간단한 방법으로 설계되었습니다.
