일반적인 Protein Work에 사용되는 Cell Lysis Buffer입니다. RIPA Buffer는 Non-ionic과 Ionic detergent의 사용으로 세포막 뿐만 아니라 핵막까지 강력하게 Lysis 합니다. Protein을 효율적으로 Denaturation시켜 BCA Assay, SDS-PAGE 전기영동, Western Blotting 등의 후속실험 적용에 최적화된 Protein 추출이 가능합니다.
