Max-View™ Live/Dead Staining Kit (Calcein-AM/PI)는 Calcein-AM과 Propidium Iodide 두 성분으로 구성되어 있습니다. Calcein-AM은 살아있는 세포에만 선택적으로 통과하여 강한 녹색 형광으로 세포를 염색하고 Propidium Iodide(PI)는 Dead cell 또는 Damaged cell의 붕괴된 세포막을 통해 유입되어 DNA를 붉은 형광으로 염색합니다. 두가지 형광은 490nm 부근에서 같은 흡수 파장값을 가지기 때문에 동시에 관찰이 가능합니다.
